Can I literally just forward a contract?
Yes. Open our WhatsApp chat and tap Send on the prepared message. Then forward the contract from another conversation or attach it. New customers add their name and consent to create a Legal Way account. The AI review starts only after you confirm the review details and terms.
What can I send?
PDF, Word (.doc and .docx), text (.txt), or clear JPG, PNG and WebP photos. Send the complete contract in page order. Documents can be up to 20 MB. WhatsApp photo messages can be up to 5 MB each, with up to 20 photos and 20 MB total per review. English and Arabic are supported. A blurry or incomplete document may need a clearer copy.
Is a lawyer reviewing my contract?
The first review is automated AI, not a lawyer’s opinion. It can miss issues or be wrong. You receive a summary and PDF with suggested changes in WhatsApp, with saved results in your portal. Professional review is an optional separate step. Using the automated tool does not by itself hire the firm.
What happens to my document?
WhatsApp/Meta processes the messages and attachments you send. Legal Way uses private storage and third-party AI processing services to review them. Authorized staff may access them to operate the service and handle your requests. This is not a privileged legal consultation. Read Legal Way’s privacy notice and contract-review terms for retention, deletion and provider details. Only send documents you’re authorized to share.
No WhatsApp? Or need a real person?
